Flopping In Soccer Is Getting Out Of Control After A Play In Uruguayan B League Ends With A Literal Car Accident
This is why I can't stand soccer. It's 90 minutes of a bunch of dudes just begging to get a call. Each team has 1 or 2 guys on the field who are actually trying to score, a goalie, and then 8 guys who are flopping around like they just got hit by a pickup truck in order to get the ref's attention. It's disgraceful.

I can't wait to see the insurance claim on this one. I'm sure the white car is going to act like their vehicle is completely totaled. A little fender bender and you're going to act like you needed the jaws of life to rip you out of that collision.
Quick sidenote here, but this is why USA will never win a World Cup.

Look at this field. It looks like an abandoned lot. They have a literal highway running directly behind the benches. If they have any locker rooms at all, it's probably just a couple of pop-up tents with plastic chairs. You want amenities? How about just being thankful the local gang doesn't hold you up on your way onto the field and take all of your shit.
Soccer in America has gotten way too rich and cozy. State of the art facilities, nutritionists, trainers. It's all gotten way too European. If USA soccer wants to be great, it's time to start taking notes from South America and add some grit to the mix.
