Sleep Paralysis Demon Activated: A California Startup Company Has Created a Centaur Robot Designed To Enter Disaster Areas Too Dangerous For Humans
I'm 95% sure this is real. Too many websites are writing about it as factual so that's what we're going to do.
It's pretty cool to sit back and watch our world's brightest minds come together to invent cool shit that makes life better. We've come so far with technology. Elon is landing rocket boosters after they detach in the sky. AirPods can help those with hearing loss engage in normal conversations. It's not crazy to get in a self driving car these days and have it take your comfortably to your next destination. Hell they've even got sunglasses these days that play music for you and can take pictures or videos of your surroundings in crystal clear quality.
Well, the people over at a California startup company by the name of Satyress have a fun one they've been working on. Meet Threehalves —a two foot tall robot centaur that's designed to help humans in disaster areas. If you find yourself in a situation like a wildfire, a collapsed building, or even a toxic spill? Have no fear, this demonic centaur capable of wielding a chainsaw is here to save the day.
The idea of creating a robot built to help those in need of a disaster situation is perfectly fine. My immediate question would be why they felt the need to design it like a sleep paralysis centaur. I don't know about you, but if I'm trying to escape a forest fire and I see this centaur robot coming towards me I'm running directly into the fire. I'll take my chances. Under no circumstances am I seeing this thing and becoming relieved that help has arrived. You see those horns? Give me the natural disaster over this beast.
Well if you're able to get by the appearance of this demonic robot centaur, I've got some troubling news to relay. They've made a graphic in the event you feel the need to disarm this thing and stop it from continuing on its path. Nothing like creating this monster and urging your consumer to brief themselves on how to disarm it in case the centaur disobeys its orders and attempts to kill everyone in sight.

It's going to totally suck having to battle with this thing when the machines take over.
