Mascot Mashup Is Confirmed BACK in College Football 27

We've waited more than a decade, but the time appears to finally have come: Mascot Mashup is back in a college football video game.

I feel like College Football 26 flew quite a bit under the radar last year compared to the re-release of the franchise two years ago, so clearly the team at EA wanted to make sure this version of the game was truly new and improved. And I'll tell you what, giving us back Mascot Mashup is a great place to start. I'm sure Dynasty and Road To Glory will have new features as well, but those pale in comparison to a glorious matchup of 11 PeeDee the Pirates taking on 11 Blaze the Dragons.

The language in that description makes it sound like you will need EA's new subscription service to have all the mascots available at the beginning of the game which kinda sucks, but them's the breaks, I guess. I will pay for access to the best sports video game mode on the market.

I hope College Football 27 brings back the juice it had two years ago when everyone was so fired up to have it back. It sounds like they've made some real improvements and this game could be back at the top of everyone's rotation.
