It was Kenny's first appointment with Dr. Howard, and his annual physical now included a digital rectal exam, and he was nervous about it… 

Sarah, Dr. Howard's new blonde nurse, took Kenny into an examination room and handed him a blue hospital gown. She told him to get undressed and to put it on open toward the back, and then have a seat on the exam table. Before she left, she told him the doctor would be in shortly. 

After putting on the gown, Kenny took a seat on the exam table and tried to relax. While waiting, he saw three items on the stainless steel cart next to the exam table. A tube of K-Y jelly, a rubber glove, and an unopened bottle of beer…

When Dr. Howard finally came in, Kenny asked nervously, "Look, Doc, this is my first rectal exam, and I'm a little confused. I know what the K-Y is for, and I know what the glove is for, but what's with the bottle of beer?" 

Doctor Howard looked at the bottle of beer, stormed over to the door, flung it open, and yelled to his new blonde nurse, "Dammit it, Sarah! I said a BUTT light!"
