Why Is It Cool When Anthony Richardson Hits The Ceiling While Throwing But Not When Will Levis Does It?

It's so weird that everyone is acting like Anthony Richardson hitting the ceiling is so crazy with his arm strength when Will Levis literally did it last week and everyone was like "Wtf".

I have been seeing a mounting anti-Will Levis sentiment lately and I think its a psyop by a team trying to get him to drop in the draft. AR even commented he did it because Levis did it.  

Don’t know what's going on but in the video Will hit it off the platform rolling left while throwing right which is one of my favorite pro days throws because its literally all arm and rotational strength that shows you just have an absolute canon of an arm. 

I just need someone to answer the question of why it's so cool when Anthony Richardson does it.
