There Was A WILD Police Chase Last Night Involving A Stolen Construction Vehicle + Sign, An LAPD Bearcat Slamming Into It, And A Shitload Of Sparks

Hand up, I saw this chase going on right before I went to bed last night following the Mets/Yankees game but I didn't blog it since I thought it was winding down due to all the sparks flying and I was absolutely gassed after Edwin Diaz gave me a minor heart attack doing this in the 9th inning of the always dramatic Subway Series.

However all's well that ends well, which you can say was the case for both of my true loves, with the Amazins getting a win along with an incredible police chase that checked so many boxes.

All in all, an absolutely perfect chase for everyone involved except for the mamaluke that is in jail right now because he didn't steal a better vehicle or had the knowledge to turn on the construction sign in order to tell police that the truck he was driving was definitely not stolen.

UPDATE: This tweet dropped on my timeline as I was blogging this video, which is wonderful news for those of us that like police chases with weird vehicles but aren't always awake in the middle of the night to see them occur in California constantly.

If Rockstar releases this game in 2023 instead of 2024, I may just forgive them for not releasing an emergency GTA when all of us were stuck inside during a pandemic. Ahhhh who am I kidding, I'll forgive them if they invite me back to their HQ to try out GTA VI before they release it, which was some of the most fun stuff I've done at Barstool.
