HOLY SHIT THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! THIS TIME THEY CAME BACK FROM DOWN 17 POINTS AFTER GENERALLY LOOKING LIKE COMPLETE AND UTTER DOGSHIT FOR 75% OF GAME 2!! YOU BET YOUR ASS I AM BLOGGING THIS IN REAL TIME HIGH OFF SO MUCH CELTICS KOOL AID IT WILL MAKE YOUR HEAD SPIN. I LOVE THIS TEAM. I LOVE PAYTON PRITCHARD. I WAS TOLD KEVIN DURANT WOULDN'T STRUGGLE AGAIN BUT ALL I SAW WAS JAYSON TATUM PUTTING HIM IN JAIL. I SAW A TEAM HOLD THE BROOKLYN NETS TO 17 FOURTH QUARTER POINTS. DID KYRIE EVEN PLAY IN THIS GAME I'M, NOT SURE BECAUSE LAST TIME I CHECKED THE DPOY COMPLETELY ELIMINATED HIM FROM THE EQUATION. THIS TEAM IS A WAGON AND THIS WAGON IS ONLY GETTING STARTED.

OK, that was nuts. I didn't think it my body could handle anything quite like Game 1, but it turns out watching 17 point comebacks and complete domination over the final 12 minutes is pretty close. We wanted to know if this team could execute in big playoff moments and for the second game in a row they outdueled KD and Kyrie in the biggest moments. Tatum and Brown could not have looked worse until it was time to win the game. Then they became unstoppable. Jaylen with his scoring, Tatum with his passing, they carried late when this team needed their best players to show up. After giving up like 75% shooting all night, the Celtics defense locked in just like we've seen over the last 3.5 months. This team showed grit, it showed heart, it showed real resolve and now they are up 2-0. Do I have to give you the stats of what that means for a 7 game series? Fine, twist my arm

Teams with a 2-0 lead go on to win the series 92.9% of the time. I'm not a huge math guy, but I like that number. Feels like you get up 2-0, you're in a pretty big spot.

All I know is this. This team fucks. Period. You can't even beat them when they play like dogshit, get down by 17, and get nothing from their two best players for the majority of the game. This was the Nets chance and they blew it. That's unfortunate.

The Celtics? Well they just did what they've done basically every night in 2022. They won.

Now let's get 14 more of these things. We'll regroup in the morning. CHEERS
