At Long Last, Our National Nightmare Is Over

This is it. This is the day that professional sports organizations stop enabling Tim Tebow by handing him contracts and money that he didn't earn via his play on the field. I can feel it... down in my plumbs. There's nowhere left for him to go other than back to the booth and/or sideline with a mic, which was his calling anyways. Not too shabby a place to be, if you ask me. I just couldn't take another year of Tim Tebow headlines every time he took a dump on a practice field or minor league park. It sickened me that he was handed shot after shot that wasn't deserved. Ya know why?

This is America. The land of the free and the home of earning your spot in the lineup or on the 53 man. Handouts shmandouts. Fuck outta my face with these constant participation trophies contracts that organizations kept giving him. Shame on them.

No NFL team is going to let him come play QB because he was so god fucking awful at it.

And no MLB team is going to come in and let him clog up an MiLB roster spot because he was so god fucking awful at it.

At least I hope… no, I PRAY not… and if a club in whatever sport so strapped for cash that they resort to shilling this has been from over a decade ago out just to put some money in pockets, their issues are FAR deeper than they are leading on. Said organization should be contracted immediately if they pull off a stunt like this after the Jags cut him.

Looking forward to watching Tebow on Saturday mornings at 7am with Jesse Palmer and Lee Corso this year. He'll be good at that.

If you played into the Jaguars' scheme and bought one of his jerseys, shame on you. You deserve to burn that $100 bill.
