This Wheel of Fortune Guess Might Be the Worst Answer in Game Show History

This is so ridiculous, I don't even know what I could possibly say about it to make it any more funny or absurd. This guy really took a look at "TH_   N_ _T   _ _N_R_T_ _N" and was so confident in his guess of "the best butternut" — or "buttercup", it's hard to discern because it's so moronic that you can't even really tell what he's going for — that he chose to solve the puzzle.

He was the one who literally just guessed "N", too. He knew with 100 percent certainty that the second word was not "best", and yet he still went with it. And things somehow got even worse from there.

Here's the thing, though: this video doesn't even reflect most poorly on the guy with the guess. Sure, he looks like a moron, but take a closer look. The other two contestants are getting circles run around them by this idiot! Can you imagine being down $8,000 to the guy who just pulled out that little number? Those are the people who should have walked right off, because that is truly shameful.

I just can't get over that guess. This has tremendous Jordan Eberle and Taylor Hall hangman vibes.

The folks over at the Wheel really need to tighten up the audition process because they're apparently just letting any Tom, Dick or Harry on that show now.
