Just Your Average 117 MPH Home Run Off The Bat Of Shohei Ohtani

Umm....117 MPH off the bat for Shohei Ohtani? Are you kidding me with that? Just your everyday 380 foot home run by Ohtani, but it didn't have much time to travel because it was clocked at 117 MPH off the bat. Hardest hit home run off the bat by an Angel since 2015 and I have to imagine that it's pretty tough to hit it much harder than this. This laser put him second in baseball in homers with 15 only behind Vlad Jr who has been on a tear recently. And want to know the funny part? THE ANGELS WERE WINNING! This 3 run home run put them up 9-1 so finally they aren't losing when he hits an insane home run. Congrats on Ohtani for joining the 3 run HR club.

This angle is so awesome too, I need much more baseball from this angle. You can see how quick his bat speed is and how fast off the bat it really is. Look at my man at first too, he knows it's out of here. No need to turn around. Didn't go very far, just went very fast. Only 3 balls have been hit harder than this Ohtani home run this year. Vlad Jr and Aaron Judge both had balls at 117.4 according to baseballsavant.com, and Ohtani hit one at 119 earlier this year, so he basically has the best bat speed in baseball too.

Every night it's something new different with this guy. Impressive that we're this deep into the season and every night it's something different that makes my jaw drop.
