New "FitTok" trend with dangerous consequences: Why you shouldn't do SARMs

Teenagers for generations have wanted to get jacked. In the old days, bodybuilding forums or your friend's older brother were the only places to get bad advice on the fastest way to put on mass without destroying your body. There were always barriers to obtaining the "good stuff," aka legit steroids. While most teenagers would end up in a local GNC getting creatine and pre-workout, nowadays, teenagers are getting drugs pushed on one of the largest social media platforms by "influencers." The guys pushing gear arent just in the locker room of a bodybuilding gym anymore. They got a platform.

Tik Tok stars are pushing a new oral class of PEDs called SARMs. It's attractive to young kids because there are no needles involved. They are easy to buy online and technically legal. It is supposed to get you jacked. Hell, if I knew about this stuff at 15, I probably would have taken it.

Sarms are being abused and pushed on Tik Tok by some of its largest stars. Some of you may remember Bryce Hall (a dude I would love to beat the shit out of) getting into a fight with a manager after he was told to stop vaping.

Well, Bryce Hall was admittedly on SARMs.

And he's not the only one, there are videos showing results, how to get them, and it's way too easy.

Before taking any sarms, consult a physician for an evaluation. #fyp #foryoupage #trending #viral #WidenTheScreen #sarms #workout #lift #alpha #gym

Sarms are a new group of performance-enhancing drugs that can be essentially marketed as "legal steroids" as long as they are not for human consumption. Tons of literature shows they create real results without any "Noticeable side effects" and decent results but not comparable to steroids. The thing is, a lot of these papers are studies being done on lab rats and showing good results. To reduce complex science into something more understandable Selective Androgenous Receptor Modulators (SARMs)  "selectively" target muscle and supposedly do not impact the liver or other places. They were developed to help those with muscle atrophy diseases. They never got FDA regulations because they are more damaging than current alternatives. All this science is based on lab rodents and not large apes with a complex system of neurons that is the human brain. Yeah, a lab rat on the stuff doubled his bench press, but they could never sit down the rat after a cycle of SARMs and ask him if he felt sad or anxious and if he had any libido. Most of the rats in these studies get euthanized instead of letting them live into their old age and seeing if the SARMs gave them dementia. It almost seems like a horror movie that these experimental drugs are so accessible and being promoted online. This stuff may literally lead to early-onset dementia or infertility in humans

In general, any drug that makes you put on more muscle mass (Hgh, Tren, Test) will grow one of your most important muscles (The heart), which causes a lot of issues from brain aneurysms to blood clots.

Who knows who even is making these experimental compounds on the internet? Cheap unregulated labs from out of the country. Like you’re taking a dropper of literal mystery liquid, could end up taking the fentanyl disguised as SARMs to get through customs. Look, I've done the research; these are not worth the gains. They are dangerous, and we are going to see the fallout in a couple of years.
