A NEW Warzone Hack Has Finally Been Exposed

Since the dawn of Warzone, certain players have always been looking for that extra edge. It originally started with better equipment like a better monitor or a faster PC, but since then, it's quickly evolved into shady shit.

"Kill Races" have been the most mainstream way to play Warzone competitively since Nickmercs announced his MFAM Gauntlet in April of 2020. To keep it simple, scoring works as following:

- Teams have 3 hours to post their best 3 matches

- Scoring is a combination of 1 point per kill and then placement points

Therefore, whichever team gets the best 3 games in those 3 hours wins the tournament.

Now, let's consider how skill-based matchmaking (SBMM) comes into play - Warzone ranks players based on their skill level, so that top players are always facing each other. This is mainly to protect lesser skill players and keep them engaged with Warzone.

Therefore, if players were able to manipulate their SBMM, they could get easier lobbies which results in higher kill games. According to several different sources, there are several ways to do this. The most common is use of a NetDuma router or a VPN. Ultimately, what these players are doing is changing their geo-location, to an area with lesser skilled player (very common examples are Brazil and Hawaii).

Since Warzone matches players first based on geo-location and then skill, by changing your geo-location you will successfully work-around the SBMM of your region.

Thanks to JaredFPS, one method just got exposed.

There have been several content creators that have rose to fame because of Warzone for being "cracked" at the game. But really, were they just in easier lobbies? Is this fair for these same players to have competed and won tens of thousands of dollars by exploiting their lobbies?

That's not for me to decide, but if you've been in my stream, you know my stance.

Speaking of streams, I'm gamed with MMA Fighter Megan Anderson last night! Watch the VOD here.
