Netflix Drops First Official Trailer For The New Biggie Smalls Documentary, "I Got A Story To Tell"

Cool? I guess? I feel like Biggie's story has been told a thousand times- do we really need another movie on it? Don't get me wrong I'm going to watch, but unless this documentary includes a ton of never-before-seen footage it's going to be boring as hell. It'll start with him selling drugs in Brooklyn and end with him getting shot. There will be a meteoric rise to stardom in the middle, a love triangle with Faith Evans/Lil Kim, and some first person testimony as to how great he was from family and friends. That's it. Again, I'm not taking away from the legacy of The Notorious of B.I.G., I'm just saying "we get it."

Having said that, I cannot wait to see how much Diddy is going to promote this. He already posted once on his IG and I expect no less than 500 more from now until March 1st when the doc airs...

No one loves making money off B.I.G. more than Diddy. Regardless, it'll be interesting to see how this doc comes out. Chances are it'll be more of the same, but I hope I'm proven wrong. Now take it away, Chris...
