Toxic Teammate Aaron Rodgers Has Destroyed The Packers QB Room And It's Worse Than We Ever Imagined

To think when the Packers drafted Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft we convinced ourselves that Rodgers would welcome him with open arms. That he would no longer be the toxic teammate that respectful and humble players like Greg Jennings and Jermichael Finley shed light upon after their playing days were over and Rodgers had won them a Super Bowl ring.

I mean look at this stuff the other day. Bullying. Taunting. Harassment. It's ugly folks. Poor Tim Boyle getting it worse than ever.

And then today the toxicity returned the favor. Backup QB Tim Boyle, clearly sick of the negativity and abuse, assaults Rodgers during practice.

No teammates there to break it up or help an aging Rodgers up to his feet. You can see how little respect he has left from everyone else. Was Boyle ordered to do this from the top in an effort to injure Rodgers and get Jordan Love in the driver's seat for the future? It's a theory that's for sure. One being discussed by many.

And there's these comments about Jordan Love. Just following in the footsteps of Favre with how he treated 12 in his playing days. Clear dismissal of the youngster and a blatant refusal to help groom his replacement. Textbook.

In all seriousness, football starting next week feels so bizarre. It's SEPTEMBER?? What the fuck? Everything is so weird, but I'm all for it. Rodgers back to prove everyone wrong that he's not finished. Sure they didn't really improve whatsoever and promising rookie Kamal Martin is already out six weeks, but hey football is back! This article in the Athletic today about Rodgers was awesome. If you subscribe to them I'd strongly recommend giving it a read.
