All That Jazz: Owens Scores Four Touchdowns, Leads Tennessee to 42-21 Rout Over Texas A&M

The Duggs Train keeps on rolling. With tonight's 42-21 win over Texas A&M in College Station, the top-ranked Tennessee Volunteers are now 8-2 (5-1).

This evening's game was all about Tennessee running back Jazz Owens. Ever since he filled the starting role after Rico Burgerton dislocated his ankle three weeks ago, the workhorse has taken advantage of every carry he gets.

Owens totaled FOUR touchdowns total, including a hat trick in the first half.

There were a couple of other notable highlights from this one. With the game basically out of hand, passing game coordinator Billy Football had to step out of the room for a minute to pick up some Popeye's.

This was when Head Coach Gus Duggerton and Kicker PFT Commenter saw an opportunity they couldn't pass up.

And while it was an ugly night for Texas A&M overall, they still had one of the craziest touchdown's we've seen in the history of the Coach Duggs era. It's as close as you'll get to the Marshawn Lynch Beast Mode play...

But for the first time in a long time, it was a relatively stress-free game for Coach Duggs and the Volunteers. And the man at the helm got some even more good news after his game went final:

That's right, all Tennessee has to do is win its final two game to head back to Atlanta. First up: 3-7 Vanderbilt tomorrow night (8:30 PM). Join us in the chat right here and we will see you then.
