A Louisville News Station Had To Delete And Edit A Column After A Big J Wrote How We Need To Get Rid Of Cheerleaders Because They Get People Too Horny

This is without a doubt the most 'okay, boomer' article these eyes have ever seen. This isn't Norman Chad saying no sports is actually fun. This is just straight up saying you get too horny looking at cheerleaders. This is obviously in reference to the Kentucky cheerleading coaches getting fired for hazing. You know a co-ed team, with guys and girls. But they just have too much sex appeal for Rick Bozich.

Hell even Donovan Mitchell called him out

Naturally he got a ratio on Twitter too - although It's not nearly as bad as I expected:

The fact is they are cheerleaders. I know it's easy to make the jokes about them, but they compete for national titles. That matters. They have to try out and make the team. I never understood why people complain about cheerleaders or dance team. Can you really not focus on a game? If you don't want to watch them it's fairly easy to just pay attention to the court or field. Unless you're just trying to be titillated. Speaking of titillated, that's a word I want to be used way more.

My favorite part of the new column, they just completely took all the opinion out of it and at the bottom snuck this in

Oh you think? Again this is the previous version:

I love that he thinks they are underdressed. This is a Kentucky cheerleading outfit:

How dare they … checks notes …. wear long sleeves! Look at all that skin! A skirt even! No one in the history of attending sports has ever worn a skirt. Yes, they are young and good-looking and in amazing shape. Regardless, it’s by the cheerleaders’ choice. It’s not indentured servitude. These women (and men) go to games or watch them on TV, see the cheer squads and decide that is what they want to be. They get in shape, work hard, go to auditions, make it through the process and get hired.

While they are adults, Rick Bozich is a horny boomer. And when someone like him writes a column like this (even if it gets edited) they aren't doing a favor for cheerleaders. They are admitting they get distracted by college aged gals and guys dressed in skirts and long sleeves. They are condescending as fuck and get roasted on the Internet as they rightfully should.
