I mean…what a sick joke. I am utterly speechless. Just when you thought there cannot possibly be more carnage to this team. Like it’s literally impossible for this team to suffer ANOTHER injury, we have Dellin Betances partially tearing his achilles jumping off the mound. It honestly doesn’t feel real. Boone said it happened on this pitch on Sunday when Dellin thought he had three outs in the inning instead of two.

Just unbelievable. He was about to make the bullpen ridiculously good. It’s still awesome, but not as amazing as we dreamt of. Dellin is a free agent at the end of the year too so this really puts all of that in a tailspin. After battling through shoulder injuries to get back to this point, now he has to deal with this in the offseason. Unfuckingbelievable.

Fire everyone on the training staff in the offseason. What the fuck?

I want to blog about Severino’s unbelievable outing today and be happy but right now I just can’t. I’m so sad for Dellin. Plus we’ll probably wake up in the morning and find out Sevy’s arm fell off in his sleep.
