Who Had The Better Postgame Comments: Kawhi Leonard Or Drake?

Stoic. Measured. Professional. Showing respect for his competition while staying confident in his own team. Didn’t give the opposition any bulletin board material. Focused on the facts and didn’t feel the need to exaggerate in the moment. Incredible. Robot-like. Completely devoid of any and all humanoid emotions.

Bombastic. Over-the-top. Completely unnecessary. Potentially blacked out in the moment. Somehow took credit for the win despite being hundreds if not thousands of miles away (I have no idea where Toronto is in relation to Milwaukee, nor do I intend to ever learn). But I get it, being a fan rules. Being a fan who has a minor stake in the team must rule even harder. Drake’s acting like he’s part of the team and I’m jealous as hell. Because he isn’t just a typical fan. He’s become a sideshow to the show itself whether you like it or not. I don’t know anyone who likes it, but here we are nevertheless. He didn’t invent the Toronto Raptors like he alluded to for a minute there but he did rebrand the fuck out of them.

And for a while there it was looking like he was a curse to end all curses. The biggest negative to surround the Toronto Raptors since Andrea Bargnani. That was, until, he ran into a force even he couldn’t compete with.
