Netflix Confirms "The Kissing Booth 2" Is Coming With This Teaser Video!

We have a sequel!!! Elle, Lee, and Noah will be returning to Netflix sometime in 2020 (says Variety).  Very important, it is confirmed that the original cast will all be in the sequel. That means Jacob Elordi. If you are a crazy person like me you have spent way too much time thinking about Jacob and Joey’s real life past? relationship. I think they broke up? We don’t really see anything from the two of them these day. Joey has been super busy playing Gyspy Blanchard for the Hulu show The Act. Jacob has been suuuuper quiet on social media, but he is included in the cast for the sequel so that is good news. His Instagram has three photos and his last post was from the end of January so maybe he is working his way back into the Instagram game. I want these two to fall in love on set all over again!!!

Hopefully we will see what happens to Elle and Noah’s relationship after he left for college. If they want to disappoint the public, Noah might play a small role in this and the sequel will revolve around Elle navigating her last year of high school, but who knows. If they’re smart, Noah comes back for the summer and they rekindle things. That’s what I’m hoping for! Either way, this was bound to come from Netflix. In June, Netflix’s CCO told Vulture The Kissing Booth is, “one of the most watched movies in the country, and maybe in the world.” Obviously they would capitalize on the insane popularity of the movie and make a sequel. Can’t wait!
