Wake Up With One Of The Many Times Yasiel Puig Has Tried To Fight The Entire City Of San Francisco And Their Baseball Team

So here I am last night, minding my own business, watching Michigan guy cry for like the 57th time, and I see a video on Twitter from Jerry Carraby and Starting 9 about Yasiel Puig trying to fight the Giants, color me shocked! A guy like Puig always keeps his cool, def doesn’t engage in any horseplay on the field of play either.

Last night was Puig vs Nick Hundley, but his big nemesis has always been Madison Bumgarner (did you know he dated some named Madison Bumgarner in HS?!?!). They’ve mixed it up at least 3 times, but have never comes to blows, but it’s coming soon. The video above was from last season when Puig grounded out to Bumgarner to end an inning. Bumgarner was obviously upset with something and began barking at Puig as he was headed to the dugout. The 2 meet again before being broken up, but this was one of their more heated arguments. No punches again, but lots of shoving, the classic dugout run in for the bullpen guys, but nothing other than that.

The first time they mixed it up was back in 2014 when Puig decided to not step out of the box and get something in his eye, he then took MadBum deep and added a little bat flip. Obviously Bumgarner was not happy with it and had some words for Puig as he reached home plate. No punches were thrown, but that was setting the table for their future meetings. Another dust up between these guys was from a few years ago where Puig got nailed on the pitch by Bumgarner. Puig was sitting on the ground for a bit and then hopped up like he heard the ice cream truck. MadBum was on his way home because he was not pleased with something. Puig turns into a madman and tries to get in Bumgarner’s grill, but is held back. You know the deal, benches clear, a lot of yelling, but nothing came of it.

Last night just shows that Puig hates the Giants more than anyone can hate anything. I need Bumgarner and Puig to both sigh lifetime deals with their respective clubs so these guys can bark and pretend to fight each other for many more years. Never change, Yasiel. And always remember, Puig your friend!
