You're An Absolute Loser If You're Complaining About Xavier Head Coach Travis Steele Bringing His Kid To The Bar (And Putting Down A Grand To Buy Everyone Drinks) After Beating UC

In case you missed it over the weekend, Xavier beat Cincinnati in the Crosstown Shootout and then X head coach Travis Steele pulled one of the greatest moves, nay, the greatest move I've seen a head coach pull. He rolled up to Dana Garden's - the go-to spot for Xavier fans and put down $1,000 on the bar to pay for drinks, gave a little speech and left.

Now, I wasn't going to write this blog, but I keep getting tweeted at about him bringing his kid to said bar. I figured I'll chime in here considering I have been to Dana Garden's and well, I'm a dad (shocking, I know). I hate giving these people a platform, but here are some examples:

These are just some examples that I've gotten tweeted at me. Let me state this again. If you're complaining about this video and the move you are a grade A fucking loser. First off, this bar has a bunch of family people there during gameday. We're also talking about like 8:30-9pm here. It's not late night. It's pretty much right after the game ended and he got done his media responsibilities. Newsflash: people bring their kids to bars/breweries/whatever all the goddamn time because we don't want to be on house arrest and sometimes we actually want to go out.

As for all the 'life lessons' people are suddenly worried about, this is an A+ life lesson. When you win, go celebrate. Kick your rivals ass? Go do whatever the hell you want. The other lesson? Stop caring what other people do with their lives.

This move will be nearly impossible to top in college hoops this year.
