First thing's first, not having a cell phone in today's society is CRAZY. I give Mel all the credit in the world for not caving and setting one up. But having five, yes, FIVE landlines in 2024?! That's wild. Who uses house phones anymore? Everything is easier via cell phone, and even if you don't want to talk, there are other ways to communicate: texting, emailing, Zoom, etc.
