The Falcons Are Apparently Going To Get Fucked and Likely Lose Draft Picks for Tampering With Kirk Cousins

Oh, give me a fucking break. We're pretending to care about "tampering" now? What a crock of shit.

You know who tampers? Every single team in professional sports. Guys sign the minute free agency opens every year. If you're going after the Falcons for tampering with Kirk Cousins, go after every team in the League who has signed a player within an hour of the free agency period opening.

And is giving Cousins $180 million over four years not enough of a punishment already? I'm happy to have him, but the Falcons have basically self-imposed a de facto fine with that contract anyway. Taking away draft picks in addition would be a second punishment for the same crime.

The dumbest part about all of this is that Cousins admitted to the violations, which were just him talking to the team trainer and head of PR directly instead of his agent. We are being punished for having a leader who is too honest?! The NFL could use a few more guys like Kirk Cousins, if you ask me.

This whole thing is idiotic. If this results in the loss of anything more than a sixth or seventh round pick, I'm going to be beside myself. Investigate Goodell.
