The Jets New Jerseys Are Here....And I'm Concerned For The People That Don't See The Difference

The Jets have finally ended the worst era in their history.....the XFL jersey era.

I firmly believe the Adam Gase/Sam Darnold/Zach Wilson era jerseys are the worst we've ever seen in the NFL....possibly sports. I hate them SO MUCH. I don't think I will ever get over how ugly they were:

The only passable jersey was the all black one, and that's because it's impossible to look bad in all black on a football field.

It was awful from the top down. The helmets? They stunk. The jerseys wreaked of a create-a-team. Thank goodness they weren't good during this era because I want to forget them FOREVER.

Now these jerseys are a HUGE upgrade. My favorite will always be the Curtis Martin/Wayne Chrebet/Chad Pennington-era jerseys:

Enough about my thoughts on the old jerseys….back to what was announced today. For some reason people think they look alike? Am I going INSANE?

If you don't see the change, I don't know what to say. As a Jets fan, this change is everything. The old jerseys were SO bad. I know I've said that a billion times in this blog, but I will say it once more: THEY WERE THE WORST JERSEYS EVER. At least look good when you ruin my fall Sundays.

Are these the best uniforms in the NFL? No, but they're pretty good. I like them a lot. The upgrade is real. I can see them lifting the LOMBARDI in these. Think back to where the Jets were in 2019 when they unveiled the new jerseys….Sam Darnold, Leonard Williams, Jamal Adams, QUINCY ENUNWA. Now look at who is on the graphic….Aaron Rodgers, Breece Hall, Garrett Wilson, Jermaine Johnson, Sauce Gardner. The future is now.
