Worst Teammates In The History Of Planet Earth Watch Their Goalie Get Choked Unconscious And Do Absolutely Nothing About It
Alright so this clip comes out of the Pacific Junior Hockey League, which is some random ass league in British Columbia. Chances are that if you're playing in this league, you have a promising career as a future lifetime peewee hockey coach to look forward to after your playing days are over.
This fella Eithan Grishin, however, has a promising career as one of the all-time leading point scorers in Canadian prison ball hockey awaiting him. If you're choking out goalies in the middle of a scrum, you're not exactly what we'd refer to as a well-adjusted member of society. According to The Province, this will be his 3rd suspension of the season already.
Grishin has been suspended twice this season already.
He received a 13-game suspension from the league — five games for physical harassment of an official, three games for his second match penalty of the season, two games for a third-man-in-fight game misconduct, and three games as a repeat offender — for his role in a multi-fight episode between the Sockeyes and Abbotsford Pilots on Nov. 9.
He also received a three-game suspension for a match penalty in a Sept. 24 game against the White Rock Whalers.
Some kids were just born for prison ball hockey.
But you want to know something? I get this kid deserves to get suspended for choking that goalie out. But if there's anyone out there who deserves a lifetime ban, it's the rest of that goalie's teammates who were out there on the ice with him. They watched their tendy get the lights choked out of them and they did absolutely nothing about it. They just stood there and watched. You had a couple of guys give a couple half-assed shoves, but that's it?

If your goalie is getting tapped out, you better go flying in there with fists a blazing. Start swinging your stick like a maniac if you have to. Do anything to get that fucker back, but you can't just stand there and watch. There comes a time where you're either a hockey player or you're not. And those 4 in black all showed that they're not. There's gotta be a basketball or soccer league somewhere in Vancouver for these guys to join. Get them off the ice.
