France Day 1: The Journey To My New Home
Nothing crazy to report from today, travel days suck but the town I'm in couldn't be more perfect. Small spot right across the river from Avignon.
The room above the restaurant isn't ready for me until Monday, so I'm crashing a cheap air bnb down the street until then. The chef & kitchen staff rock, just a couple pals spending the summer in the South of France. I was treated to a full tasting of the menu from a seat right in the kitchen, I was blown away by everything. I can't wait to get in and start learning how its all made. I start tomorrow at 8 am.
