Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Lives Up To His Family Name And Makes Insane Plays Look Easy As He Launches a BOMB Over The Green Monster
There's a ton of people of want to say baseball is dead. I am here to say much like Doc Brown wrote to Marty McFly at the end of Back to the Future 2 ... it's very much alive and well. It may not move as fast and be as flashy as those other sports, but it's still great and the people who grew up loving it will never let it die.
Even if you don't love it, there's always something or someone on a baseball field that will make you absolutely turn your head or drop your jaw in astonishment.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is one of those players. Perfect example is tonight. Guy launches a ball over the Green Monster like it was out of a sling shot and seems like he didn't even try that hard. Special special talent.
The real kicker is being the old washed up bum that I am, I know that while Vladdy JR does a ton of things to make you say "wow" , his father did more. His dad was an absolute FREAK.

He also had an ABSOLUTE cannon. This is one of the best throws I've ever seen and it's not even his best.
This might be the best throw of all time and it went against my team. The guy has a CANNON!
Again, moments like tonight show how terrific a player Vladdy Jr is, but man it will be so hard to live up to the absolute STUD his dad was on the ball field. At least he's living up to the family name… which when it's all said and done will be up there with some of the best father and son duos of all time.
