Hawaii Seems Like A Great Place To Live, Just Watch Out For The Boulders Crashing Through Homes

NY Post- A massive boulder crashed into a Hawaii home over the weekend, narrowly missing a woman inside, dramatic footage shows.

The video captures the unsuspecting woman walking down a hallway inside her hillside Honolulu house when the boulder breaks through a wall mere feet away from her, creating a trail of destruction.

Officials said the boulder, which is five feet high and wide, broke through the home’s cinderblock wall, living room and then another wall before it settled in a bedroom near midnight Saturday, Hawaii News Now reported.

A car was also damaged, but no one inside the home was injured, the news outlet reported.

The woman the boulder almost hit, Caroline Sasaki, was left shaken.

Well that was close. For all the shit NYC gets for how bad it is to live here. Small apartments, super expensive rent, super expensive everything, no parking, dirty, rats, lunatics, and did I mention super expensive? At least there's a very small possibility of a damn boulder coming through the walls.

Goes to show that everywhere you go there will be problems. I bet the people of Hawaii would trade a few rats for an Indiana Jones reenactment right about now don't you?

That lady and family is lucky it's on video because no one would ever believe them that it happened. Can you imagine calling into school or work ? "Hey we're not coming in today, a boulder nearly hit me" ... "Yeah ok ! If you are going to lie come with something I can believe."

Shit I bet the insurance company didn't even believe it, even with the video. Camera tricks or some shit.  They had to come down and look for themselves. Some poor slob adjuster taking a flight for 12 hours to see the damages just to get back on the plane. That's how unbelievable this was to me. That woman should go play the lotto. Unreal close call.
