Conor McGregor Just Got Hit By A Car While Riding His Bike

"Got a bang of a car just now from behind. A sun trap, the driver couldn't see me. Full speed straight thru me. Thank you God, it wasn't my time. Thank you wrestling and judo also. Having an awareness on the landing saved my life."

Well holy shit - that sounds incredibly scary. 

Thank god Conor is okay, seemingly getting outta this near-death experience completely unscathed!

I mean, the way he describes it in that caption (particularly the "Full speed straight thru me" part) makes me think Conor went up on the hood on the car and everything, and then tucked his chin/shielded his head on the landing as he added: "Having an awareness on the landing saved my life". 

If that's truly the case, he must have adamantium bones at this point, because you'd never know in a million years that he was in a car wreck from those videos. He's clearly shaken up a bit, but he looks totally fine otherwise. Pretty wild.

Oh, and speaking of shaken up - the poor fella who smacked Conor with his car (as Conor puts it) looked and sounded like he was shitting his pants in these videos....

Very understandable when you just walloped one of the most famous athletes in the world with your car. Also very cool how McGregor seemingly handled the whole thing - about as calm, collected, and respectful as you could be. 

Oh, and if McGregor truly is fine, we may have a new season of The Ultimate Fighter on our hands....

If Conor and Tony Ferguson are both down, who says no? That'd make for the most entertaining season of TUF in a decade.

I'll just say this, though: if a car couldn't put Conor down, what makes Tony think he could? Just something to think about.
