Great News: Mike Tyson Will NOT Face Criminal Charges For Beating The Shit Out Of That Guy On A Plane

Source - Mike Tyson can breathe a sigh of relief -- the boxing legend will NOT face criminal charges stemming from his airplane beatdown, TMZ Sports has learned.

The San Mateo County District Attorney said Monday morning because of "the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson" no charges will be filed against the legendary fighter.

Just when I thought the entire world was going to hell in a handbasket...something good happens. Justice prevails and Mike Tyson will remain a free man.
