I say it all the time when you get married, the biggest goal you have for your wedding is to make sure everyone has a good time. The food needs to be good, music needs to be the right songs, open bar with drinks flowing, etc. You can't have the shitty wedding. That said, I could lose the choreographed dancing. Those things are always lame. I legit think I'd stop being friends with someone if they asked me to do a choreographed dance and had to learn all the moves. Just let the bride out there do her thing.
