When you see the scouts, and Bowman, and Mark Kelley talking about him with such glowing language it makes you wish that training camp was starting right this second. They make Dach out to be this great hope. Not a top 6 player, but more than that…a true star. Then you stop for a second and remember previous language about previous drafts and…
I am super high on Dach, but I’ve been hurt before. It’s impossible to be sure. Impossible to be 100000% in on him knowing what we know.

Like I said, impossible to watch Dach highlights and hear quotes from people who know him and not become a believer. I believe he will be a really good player in the NHL. Hopefully it is for the Blackhawks. Hopefully we don’t get hurt again.

Got a few chuckles out of me inside of 30 seconds. You can tell that everyone on the team loves him. Great locker room guy. Gave shit to the guys he knows, introduced himself to the guys he didn’t. He’s a leader. He’s everything you want in a role player. Can’t wait to cheer for 65 again.
And if you miss watching Ryan Hartman play hockey in Chicago then you can come out THIS sunday to 5th/3rd Ice Arena at 3pm. Hartman, Kendall Coyne, Myself, TJ Compher and some other NHL players and alumni like Adrian Aucoin will be in attendance. Dale Tallon is coaching. We are trying to raise money for the Chicago Special Olympics. It’s always a great time. Come out to the think with your buddies, have a few beers, and get a chance to see some NHL guys play in a pretty unique setting.
