Whatever. As silly as that Dez play was for anyone who has a brain, it probably was the right call. The rule sucks. My selective memory had the original Calvin Johnson rule being a good call, that one was pretty fucking stupid as well (obviously I cheered for it at the time but I can hold two thoughts in my brain and realize that a rule can be stupid but also awesome when it helps your specific team win).

Bottom line is this, you can have a million replays but there is still a human element and it simply comes down to whether he was reaching for the goal line or not. Judgement call, I can see it argued either way, until a nerd invents robots to make ref perfect games these things will happen. Doesn’t make me want to puke any less, just the reality of it.
