Darren Collison Welcomes Deandre Ayton To The NBA By Snapping His Ankles Clean In Half

I usually try to stay away from NBA blogs. Reags and Greenie do a fantastic job covering the NBA and I don’t like stealing their material. But every once in a while, a clip comes out that’s SO good that I have to blog it. You hear about young guys getting “exposed” when they enter the league and this is exactly what they’re talking about. Poor Deandre thought he had him locked down and ended up getting crossed up worse than your baby, your grandma, and your coworker combined.

Poor guy. I wish Mark Jackson was commentating. I wonder what he would’ve said. “Watch out Deandre, Mr. Collison has an appointment…WITH THE RIM! Welcome to the league young fella.”

Deandre will recover, but man is it great to see clips like this. It reminds me of my favorite baptism of all time: Kobe on Dwight Howard. I’ll let him tell the story because I wouldn’t do it justice. Thoughts and prayers to the Ayton family during this tough time.
