So I woke up early this morning to edit today’s Mickstape and while I was waiting for it to export I was scrolling Instagram when I saw this video. I haven’t been able to stop laughing no matter how hard I try. You talk about sheer and utter dominance on a level only seen before by guys like Shaq and Wilt. The Canadian Basketball Federation is going to be forced to implement Lew Alcindor-esque rules that ban him from dunking just to try and keep things fair for the opposing teams.

Him hyping up his team like Alexander the Great pumping up the troops before storming into battle is a moment I’ll reflect upon during the dark times in my life because it’s so preposterous and brings me an immense amount of joy.

The swat and stare down is an all time move. This is like creating your own player on 2K, maxing out his height and attributes and turning the game on rookie mode just because you can.

But, without a doubt, my favorite part of this video is #34 calling for the kick out like they don’t have a guaranteed two points standing under the rim.

No Shaq is complete without a Kobe by his side demanding the rock out on the perimeter for a contested long two. Like, “Hey man, does it really matter if I miss? Aren’t you just going to get the rebound anyways? Let me get some of these shots off for the cameras. I’m trying to get some shine over here.”
