Soccer Player Gets A Red Card So Naturally He Knocks Out The Ref

Scumbag move? Yeah maybe. But this is in Russia so it seemed pretty tame to me. If anything, I’d say this was a pretty savvy move by our Punch-Out hero here. Because the ref obviously had it coming to him. There are 2 sides to every story and I’d venture to guess this ref was making bullshit call after bullshit call all night. Just let the boys play and swallow the whistle for once in your life. So chances are this guy had been wanting to knock this ref out for quite some time but he waited until he got a red card to take his strike. Because what? Is the ref gonna give him some sort of a super double red card? No. He was out of the game already so he had nothing left to lose. That shows me that this dickwad at least has some level of self-constraint which makes me side even more in his favor. It just goes to show you that being a soccer ref anywhere in the world outside of the United States at any level is a bad idea. One of the most dangerous occupations I can think of. You’re either dealing with riots and people wanting to legitimately tear your head off in South America, or you’re getting one-punched in Russia. It’s just not worth it.
