I didn’t ask for this. I never wanted to have the word spread and have the highlanders come down on their own by the hundreds, and thousands. As miserable as I looked selling pasta (or ratchet fruit stand? Culture yourself for fuck’s sake, Pres), and yes that’s how I look every time, I’m surviving and not sleeping on a park bench. Would I want to be full-time here? Of course. But I’m not going to beg, borrow and steal my way to the top. All I’ve done since I’ve been brought back on the team is keep my head down and try to make Barstool Philly the best it can be. No more, no less.

But here we are. Whether I like it or not a revolution has started and had to be addressed. In response, Commodus puts out this shitty T-shirt (I mean, come on dude, at least put an eggplant or something with a Stool in it) as a way to confront the situation and win as he knows it’s not going to hit it’s quota. Well, he’s probably right. And I applaud him for the shrewd business mind set. But just as Apollo Creed said, have you ever heard of Valley Forge and Bunker Hill?
