Mariah Carey Knows About A Total Of Zero Words To Her Own Songs

Mariah performed at the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival on Friday night and it’s safe to say that she looked like every drunk girl who has ever been to karaoke night at your local watering hole. I love Mariah Carey and obviously she’s one of the greats, but holy shit it looks like she’s never heard her own music in her life. Maybe like once but that’s it. She was doing that thing you do when you’re singing the song in your car but you don’t really know the words so you mumble the verses and then once the chorus drops you go all in. I get that you’re not exactly going to bring your A game to the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival. Which is why I think Mariah owes it to the people of Jamaica to at least give them a performance they’ll enjoy and just send this dude in as her body double if she ever gets invited back to that country again.
