Man On Foot Is Refused Service At McDonald's Drive-Thru, So He Does Only Sensible Thing And Steals Car

OKLAHOMA CITY – A man is behind bars after violently crashing a car that he allegedly stole from a McDonald’s drive-thru. Around 12:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Lisa Woods had just ordered in the McDonald’s drive-thru, located at N.W. 23rd St. and Pennsylvania Ave., when a man walked up to her car. Police say 25-year-old Erik Aguilar walked up to Woods’ vehicle, which she was borrowing from a friend, and opened the driver’s side door.Officers say Aguilar pulled her out of the car by her arm, threw her to the ground, got in the car and sped away.

I really really don’t want to side with Erik Aguilar, but I feel like my hands are pretty much tied. I can somewhat understand his rationale here. I don’t have the statistics on hand right now, but I feel like drive-thru is always the quicker than ordering inside. It’s probably just mental, but I feel like my wait inside a McDonald’s always takes forever. And from the looks of Erik Aguilar, he was probably a little strapped for time. He didn’t have a spare moment to waste because he probably had some big business meeting to get to or else the merger would fall through. So as much as I disagree with this sentiment, ordering at fast-food places is sorta like rectangles and squares. You can’t be in a car ordering inside, but you can be on foot ordering at the drive-thru. Don’t get me wrong, any person who would do that is a certified asshole. But you can’t just deny a man his order just because he’s not in a vehicle. Those are offsetting fouls which means you have to replay third down and on third down, Aguilar is going with the GTA. That’s on the McDonald’s staff, not him. If you start forcing people to be in a car when ordering at the drive-thru while at the same damn time you take forever if you order inside, obviously the car-jacking rates are gonna spike up. Now I don’t know about you, but I feel like we all learned a little something today. By the way, that face is grossing me out.
