Jersey Woman Leaves Her Kid In Mini Van While Shopping At Costco During The Heat Wave

(Mom Arrives at 3:05 mark)

Youtube - One New Jersey woman is in hot water with officials after leaving one of her children in her car while she shopped at a Hackensack Costco. According to Rafael Rodriguez – the man who uploaded the video – he noticed the little girl in the Toyota Sienna Thursday (July 30) during the heatwave the tri-state area endured last week. “The child was hot and sweaty and crying” when he noticed her, according to the news. He failed at his attempt to pry the window open, however police arrived moments later and retrieved the child after breaking the glass. The mother, Chaeyoung Lim-Kim, can be seen towards the end of the video being scolded by onlookers as she arrives to the van with another child and a cart full of a groceries. According to reports, the little girl was subjected to a temperature of at least 80 degrees while inside the van.

First of all, of course Asian. Of course. Just zero awareness of how the world works. Leaving your little girl in the mini van hotbox when its 98 degrees outside. Brain dead. But how about the fact that she strolls up at the end with another kid in the shopping cart???

I mean WHY would you take one child with you and leave the other one slow cooking in the crock pot? Why risk that kid melting? Why would you risk getting in trouble like this? If you’re gonna drag one pain in the ass child around Costco, whats two? Might as well drag em both around. Or leave em both in there in that sauna, I dont care. But bringing one kid and leaving one kid is so illogically, Asianly infuriating I can’t wrap my brain around it. She probably brought the boy and left the girl like she’s been brainwashed by Chinese population control.

No matter how you slice it though, its all or nothing when it comes to leaving your kids in the car to potentially die in the heat. You cant break them up, 1 and 1. One kid loving the A/C in the fridge section of the store while you grab milk, the other on the verge of passing out in the heat. One kid in the wondrous cereal aisle looking at all their favorites (The cereal aisle was the best when you were a kid. It still is), the other roasting in the parking lot. Either your neglect both or take both. Its 2 shots or no foul at all. None of this 1-and-1 nonsense.
