We always hear about celebrities, athletes, or just every day normal people claim their Twitters were hacked when an unwanted tweet goes out there to the point it’s basically just a punchline anytime someone tweets something outrageous. Like Mr. Robot gives a shit about making some random football player or C-list celeb look silly.

But like J.R. said, he’s tweeted so much crazy shit in the past, why would he give a fuck about a Cavs in 7 tweet? It’s actually a pretty funny ridiculous tweet and completely harmless. I mean lets go through some of J.R.’s greatest hits.

Did J.R. say he was hacked when he Twitter murdered Kris Humphries?

Hell no.

Did J.R. blame the Russians when the infamous Pipe DMs leaked?

Of course not.

And did Earl Smith Jr. try to wipe his hands clean of tweeting out the big beautiful booty of Joe Budden’s ex?

tahiry

Which even led to a $25,000 fine?

Of course not. J.R. even apologized to the effected parties.

sorry

J.R. Smith is basically allowed to say or tweet whatever he wants and nobody can be upset because it’s just J.R. being J.R. A modern day social media version of Manny Ramirez. Why would someone with a license to tweet whatever the fuck he wants lie about a tweet like Cavs in 7.

TL;DR- J.R. Smith is a man of integrity, likely with a friend/relative that has access to his Twitter (which we probably could have guessed anyway). The only way J.R. could have possibly have been forced to use the hack excuse is if LeBron made him say that. And of course Zero Dark Thirty-23 is still engaged, so LeBron probably doesn’t even have a clue about ANYTHING on social media.

Okay that last part is bullshit, but I wouldn’t be surprised if LeBron told him to use the “I got hacked” excuse or else GM LeBron would be very unhappy. J.R. has made it this far keeping his nose clean with LeBron. No reason to disappoint his kid with an extremely basic joke.
