Fitzmagic Throws For 4 TDs and The Jets Beat The Shit Out Of The Dolphins In A Season Sweep

Listen I’m not gonna say Fitzpatrick’s beard was holding this team back but facts are facts. Fitz came out with that beard all trimmed up real nice and they played like the team we saw the first 5 weeks of the season. Got rid of that mountain man nonsense and came out lookin GQ slinging the ball all around the field. He’s also still out there scrambling like Michael Vick in his prime. He’s pure magic.

2 TDs and a hundo fucking thirty for the Black Cloud. 1 score for Decker. Devin Smith finally got the monkey off his back and scored his first career touchdown. And Chris Ivory decided to be a professional running back again with almost a hundred and a score. I know its the Miami Dolphins and I know ultimately the quarterback position is this team’s achilles heel. But that final playoff spot is up for grabs and when you see this team click like they did today the battered, dopey Jets fan in me still gets my hopes up. On both sides of the ball too. Marcus Williams with his millionth pick of the season has been everything they expected Dee Milliner to be. A sack for Mo, Richardson and Mauldin. A pick for Cro that was somehow taken away by replay. A lot of big time names played big time football for this team today.

They dug themselves a huge hole with 2 shitty losses the past couple weeks but with the Giants, Titans and Romo-less Cowboys the next 3 weeks before New England, who knows what happens. All I know is that it was real nice to watch some real football today. Real nice to see this team play up to its potential for the first time in over a month. One week after a Cuncel Da Saeson-worthy loss, this team shows up in a big way.
