Somebody Explain This UFC Fighter's Front Flip To Me Because I Don't Get It

Excuse me while I pick pieces of my own brain matter up off the floor. Literally the most confusing thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I can’t stop watching it.  There are good college football games on right now and my eyes are glued to that UFC fighter and his impossible front flip. Blah blah blah the guy won his debut UFC fight in 57 seconds. I need to hear him talk about the flip.  Is that real?  Am I being duped? I need answers. We here on planet Earth have a thing called gravity that doesn’t allow us to do certain things.  That flip being one of them. I’d sooner believe that was somehow photoshopped before I’d believe he actually did it. Wild stuff coming outta the UFC.
