Nothing To See Here, Just A Pro Golfer Hitting An Alligator With A Rake So It'll Get Away From His Ball

Take it easy there, Chubbs.  Has this John Peterson fella never seen Happy Gilmore?  I’d venture to say no.  If he had he’d know that golf dreams can be snapped away in a flash.  One second Sports Illustrated is calling you the next Arnold Palmer and then before you know it they won’t let you play on tour anymore cause a damn alligator bit your hand off.  Mr. Peterson has some brass balls on him, I’ll give him that. ” Oh, there’s a giant alligator (maybe not giant but it’s still a fucking alligator) by my ball?  I’ll do what any sane person would do and pick up a rake and start hitting it on the ass.  Yep.  That’s what I’ll do.”  It worked out but still.  Golfers and alligators don’t have a great cinematic history.

PS- Happy Gilmore is one of the best movies ever made.  I firmly believe that.  Easily one of the most quotable.  It came out in 1996 and my friends and I still quote it constantly.  Could I trouble you for a glass of warm milk?
