Make Sure You Wear The Right Color Tonight

Iowa Press-Citizen- Tuesday’s matchup against Michigan State is a “black and gold spirit game.” University of Athletics has asked fans to wear either gold or black, depending on which section they’re sitting it. Check the map to find out which color matches your section. Tipoff is set for 6:05 p.m. at Carver-Hawkeye arena.

Just passing this along so people know to wear the right color tonight.  Don’t be the guy who wears the wrong color and screws the whole thing up.  Everybody hates that guy.  Big game tonight at Carver as the Hawkeyes face off against Michigan State.  I can’t think of the last time Iowa was in a game this big.  Maybe a decade?  Not sure.  But it’s a big one.  I tweeted this earlier but let’s try and get a couple Viva La Stool signs in the crowd.  If you make one, send pictures to iowa@barstoolsports.com or tweet them to me @BarstoolTrent.  Go Hawks.

PS- It’s been a big topic of conversation on the Twitter machine today but don’t storm the court when we win.  Last I checked Iowa was 5.5 point favorites.  Act live you’ve been there before.  Don’t be like the ISU fans who love to irrationally storm the court.
