No Black Pope. No Mafia Pope. No Hondo Pope. Just Some Loser From Argentina

Biggest Pope letdown of all time. I feel like it was draft day and Conclave had a surefire, franchise Pope to pick with the Black Pope and they played it safe and went with some loser from Argentina. Like taking an offensive lineman or something.

Honestly I feel like the Catholic Church must have a bunch of prospects on the rise or something and they’re planning for a big time push when this guy dies in a few years. Maybe then the promote Black Pope to the Big Leagues and go in for the kill.
