Geno And The Jets Pull A W Out Of Their Assholes

It wasn’t pretty. It took an absolute miracle. And the Bucs handed it to us. But a win is a fucking win. Aside from one missed tackle – albeit a huge one – the defense looked great. Dominant at times. And I’m not gonna say Geno Smith is the answer and we’ve found a franchise QB, but he really impressed me at times today. A couple real ugly moments and a couple really ugly turnovers, but by the end of the game he looked like a completely different quarterback. Like if you compared his first half to his second half he looked like two completely different players. Got better as the game went on and showed some poise. Its only Week 1 and its only the Tampa Bay Bucs but maybe the Jets aren’t gonna be the embarrassment we all expected. That, or they’re just obligated to give me a false sense of hope before inevitably collapsing in dramatic and embarrassing fashion. Probably the latter. But for right now, 1-0 motherfuckers.
