Does This Look Like The Face Of A Carny Who Spanked Girls As They Got On To His Carnival Slide?

NEW PORT RICHEY – A carnival ride operator was arrested over the weekend after, police say, he spanked a girl as she got on the ride during Chasco Fiesta. Nicholas Berg “slapped her on her buttocks” as the girl started to get on a slide in the funhouse at the carnival in Sims Park, a New Port Richey Police report states. Berg, 28, told an officer he touched the girl on her back, not her buttocks. New Port Richey Police did not provide the girl’s age. Berg, of Seminole, was arrested on a charge of simple battery. He was released from the Land O’Lakes jail on $500 bail.

I’m not trying to excuse this carny’s behavior. But isn’t there some level of “Buyer Beware” stipulation when involved with going to a carnival? Like when you go bungee jumping or skydiving, you’re accepting a certain level of risk, right? You’re acknowledging that something can go wrong. Thats gotta be the same standard when you go to the carnival. When you go to Chasco Fiesta and you’re bending over to jump down a slide in front of a carny, you probably just have to accept he’s gonna spank your ass with his tiny hands. You’ll probably smell like cabbage and have a little carny handprint on your ass. If you don’t want that to happen, you should just probably avoid the carnival all together. It may not be right, but its just realistic. If you don’t trust nomad gypsies then don’t go to the traveling festival surrounded by carnies.
