Free agents would go to Cleveland before DC if that was the case.</p><p>As for the rest of the coaching search, add Rich Bisaccia to the list. Who? The Cowboys special teams coach. Why? He is close with Bruce Allen. Great. Giving guys interviews based on friendship and not merits.</p><p>Should be a great offseason.</p></body></html>
