Scot McCloughan Isn't At The NFL Combine And It's Pandemonium
And that’s the tweet that has turned Redskins nation absolutely insane. Scot McCloughan, the top scout and GM for the Skins, is simply not at the combine. Now, you see “family matters” and of course the first thing you think is “he’s been drinking again”, based on his history and what Cooley said a few weeks back. Is it fair? Probably not. But keep in mind Scot has had a gag order on him for a couple of months now and nobody knows why.
And then the story started to build:

Oh shit. Are we all assholes? Maybe we should pump the breaks a little bit? If only it was that easy….
So nowww what the fuck? Are we assholes for being speculative about a death that happened a month ago? Redskins Twitter is losing it’s mind right now. Died on Feb 6th and is just now setting up arrangements, when he knew it would be the combine? Doesn’t it just seem…odd?
And again, mixed with everything we know, about how Dan Snyder didn’t really ever want to take control away from Bruce Allen, how Bruce and Snyder were allegedly calling the shots on the Norman deal…there’s a lot to digest here.
Edit: Andddddddd here we go….
It’s the beginning of the end, folks. This could be on Snyder and Allen, could be a Scot problem, we’ll have to wait and see. But it definitely does not seem good right now.
